100% FUNDED TRAINING
IN YOUR OWN COMPANY
The state-supported training program for employees in bicycle shops offers a special opportunity to train specialists to become certified bicycle mechatronics engineers. Given the boom in modern bicycle technologies, especially e-bikes, specialist retailers need highly qualified staff to be able to offer repairs and maintenance at a professional level.
Why is it possible to cover the costs?
Basis for the funding: The Qualification Opportunities Act is intended to offer employees more opportunities to continue their training. The Federal Employment Agency promotes this on the one hand by offering an expanded range of further training courses and on the other hand by providing more financial resources to employees and employers for further training. This is intended to enable employees to secure or improve their professional situation.
training concept:
The training covers both theoretical fundamentals and practical skills in the field of bicycle mechatronics. This includes repair, maintenance and diagnostics of e-bikes and conventional bicycles. Training content covers areas such as mechanics, electronics, diagnostic technology, software updates, drive systems and braking technologies. Participants can and should continue to work while continuing their education. Participants have access to a mix of theoretical modules held online and practical exercises carried out in the form of workshops or in cooperation with local bicycle workshops (their own).
Benefits for bicycle dealers:
The program enables bicycle dealers to significantly increase their workshop expertise. This leads to improved customer service, especially in the growing e-bike segment. In addition, it contributes to customer loyalty and creates new business opportunities in the area of e-bike maintenance and repair.
Costs covered by the employment agency 100% of the training costs
and 75% of personnel costs.
Funding and financing:
The program is government funded.
Bicycle dealers can receive financial support of up to 1,800 euros per participant for the training of their employees and can register up to 5 employees, depending on their size.
Certification:
After successfully completing the training, participants receive an official certificate identifying them as qualified bicycle mechatronics engineers. This not only increases the qualifications of the employees, but also the reputation of the company. After successfully completing the training to become a bicycle mechatronics engineer, there is the possibility of being recognized as a journeyman. The training from KI-Neuro-Consulting's certification partner aims to impart practical and theoretical knowledge of bicycle mechatronics to participants.
In order to receive official recognition as a journeyman in the craft industry, successful graduates of the certification partner KI-Neuro-Consulting Weiterbildung can apply for recognition of their qualifications from the IHK if they can demonstrate sufficient professional experience and further training.
