Born in the vibrant metropolis of Munich and raised in the idyllic tranquility of rural Bavaria, I bring a unique combination of urban understanding and rural down-to-earthness to my professional career. My academic journey began with a solid apprenticeship as an information electronics technician, followed by studies in computer science at a university of applied sciences. However, my interest in and commitment to economic processes led me to switch to business administration, a step that would decisively shape my future career.

After completing my studies, I initially gained experience in the dynamic world of advertising before making a significant shift towards the industrial side. Over the years, I have deepened my expertise in a wide variety of sectors, including medical technology, cosmetics, and especially the sporting goods industry, with a focus on bicycles. My passion for bicycles and e-bikes has become not just a profession, but a true calling.

My international expertise spans more than eight countries, where I gained in-depth insights into organization, sales, and marketing. Of particular note is my three years of leadership experience in sales and retail marketing in Switzerland, demonstrating my ability to lead intercultural teams and successfully implement business strategies.

Over the past 35 years, I have acquired extensive expertise in the key areas of sales, marketing, purchasing, and organization. My career has been characterized by a passion for developing innovative solutions, creating efficient structures, and building sustainable business relationships. My approach combines strategic thinking with practical implementation, always with the goal of generating the highest added value for the company and its stakeholders.
